I’m Renuka Devi, though everyone in the group knows me as “Devi.” My journey at the Martex Temple Road facility began in 1996, when I was just 19 years old. I joined as a helper with no prior experience, never imagining the path that lay ahead.

What started as a simple job soon became my passion. I fell in love with sewing and practiced whenever I could.With the encouragement and support of my management, I grew from a helper to a skilled machine operator, learning to work on every machine. My dedication opened new opportunities, and I went on to become a training instructor at the same factory.

From there, I progressed to master trainer, helping develop both the technical and soft skills of our employees. Today, as a master trainer in P.A.C.E., I proudly serve as the Human Resources Executive at Martex.

Life tested me deeply when I suddenly lost my husband, but Martex stood by me like a family, giving me the strength to move forward for myself and my young son. From living in a rented house to owning my own home, my journey reflects the power of perseverance, opportunity, and the strong support system at Martex.

My story shows that with passion, determination, and the right guidance, even the humblest beginnings can lead to extraordinary success.
